Welcome to The Orchards Park |
 |
Welcome to The Orchards with its informal and
relaxing atmosphere in the pretty village of Ruskington. The park is
quiet and peaceful, with mature trees and shrubs. The residents
are retired and
semi-retired, aged over 50. The owners live adjacent to the park.
|
There are varying sized plots, the largest 100’ x
50’. Fences or hedges separate the plots to give individuality and
privacy. Garages and parking adjacent to the homes is optional. Each
home is connected to mains water and sewerage, with water meters to each
home. Anglian Water and British Gas have adopted the water and natural
gas infrastructure, as in convential bricks and mortar properties. The
electricity supply to the Park has been renewed and is
checked every 3 years. Energy efficient high and low level street lighting is
available throughout the night.
We have gained a prestigious
Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award for 18 years in succession. As
well as living in a caring community on the park, you are also part of a
village community, with a relaxed way of life.
Your neighbours will be like-minded
people who enjoy security, good neighbourliness and peace and quiet. You
have time to relax and enjoy a better way of life. A small pet is
welcome as long as it is kept under control and does not become a
nuisance to other residents. The mail and papers are delivered daily.
Lincolnshire provides a relaxed way of life that still
has time for people. Lincoln, with its University, is expanding and
offering extensive leisure facilities. There are several golf clubs
within 8 miles of the park, including the championship course at
Woodhall Spa. Fishing, bird watching and bowls are all popular. |
